This project was very intense and included a lot within a short amount of time. HireRussians worked with us to break a HUGE project up into smaller chunks which could be worked much easier, while fitting everything within our limited budget and timeframe. Everyone we communicated with is/was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also, the programmers seemed to go above and beyond. When we forgot minor things in the project details (or in the wireframes for the design), they helped us fill the gaps and make it right. Many times we needed to set up phone calls, and even though there was an extreme time difference, they were happy to oblige and adjusted to our schedule for these calls when possible. This was the first time we have worked with HireRussians, and from this experience we will definitely consider them for other projects and hope to work with them again in the future.

We have a development team of 10 .NET programmers, of which I am one, and needed to supplement our team with additional part-time staffing and couldn't find any local candidates. We decided to give outsourcing a try and we not sure what to expect. After doing lots of homework we decided to go with Sibers to help us convert an existing n-tier web app to a jQuery mobile .NET MVC project so that our users could access the app on their mobile devices. We could not have been more pleased with the results we received from Sibers. Not only was the code very clean, it was the attention to detail that Sibers took that really made the difference. I didn't realize when I chose Sibers that I wasn't just hiring a developer, but a whole team and their communication and responsiveness was better than people who work in the same building as us. Even though the time difference was 12 hours, it never felt like my project manager or developer were out of reach. I have complete faith and confidence in Sibers' ability to execute a development project when given proper instruction. If you are a developer and want to work with people who speak your language and will give you an incredible value for the money I wholeheartedly endorse Sibers and hope to work with them in the future.
