Acadian Central — Mobile Intranet System for Employees

We have a development team of 10 .NET programmers, of which I am one, and needed to supplement our team with additional part-time staffing and couldn't find any local candidates. We decided to give outsourcing a try and we not sure what to expect. After doing lots of homework we decided to go with Sibers to help us convert an existing n-tier web app to a jQuery mobile .NET MVC project so that our users could access the app on their mobile devices. We could not have been more pleased with the results we received from Sibers. Not only was the code very clean, it was the attention to detail that Sibers took that really made the difference. I didn't realize when I chose Sibers that I wasn't just hiring a developer, but a whole team and their communication and responsiveness was better than people who work in the same building as us. Even though the time difference was 12 hours, it never felt like my project manager or developer were out of reach. I have complete faith and confidence in Sibers' ability to execute a development project when given proper instruction.
