Uber-like App for Real Estate — Rent and Purchase Properties Seamlessly

This Uber-like app for real estate market streamlines the process of renting/purchasing properties in the US.

People, who need to purchase or rent a house are clients and real estate agents in this app replace Uber drivers. According to the two different tasks being performed by clients and agents, the solution includes two apps, both for iOS.

Potential buyers choose a house for sale (which they’ve noticed, e.g., while were walking or driving around) on the map or can use a set of filters to find an appropriate property according to defined parameters. When the property is found, clients can send a request on watching it. They can schedule a showing for “now” or later, defining the period of time suitable for them.

Active agents nearby, in their turn, can accept the request via the app for agents, show a house and… make a deal!

The first agent who accepts the request, gets the right to show the property and is connected to the client in the internal instant messenger. Since the request is accepted by the first agent, no other agents are able to accept the request. While the agent sees only the prospect buyer’s first name, first initial of the last name, and a profile pic, the client has access to the full agent’s info.

Sibers team has also created a Symfony-based dashboard to manage users. The data on properties is taken from a large real estate database — the apps are integrated with it via the API.
