Digital Platform with Tools and AI Support for FSS Professionals

We helped modernize and expand a large-scale platform used by organizations working in the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) field across the United States. The system provides tools for professional training, program coordination, client enrollment, resource sharing, and communication within FSS teams.

Our work included UI redesigns, new program-management features, an improved onboarding and enrollment workflow for clients, event and training landing pages, reporting tools, and enhancements to permissions and data structures. We also strengthened performance and security while supporting continuous platform updates.

A major milestone was the development of an AI assistant that analyzes the platform’s training materials, documents, and community content. It helps users navigate the system, answers questions in context, provides source references, and offers a configurable experience with adjustable limits, models, and response styles.

The result is a more capable, user-friendly ecosystem that supports the day-to-day work of FSS practitioners — and continues to evolve with every new release.
