MyNetDiary has a great food database with over 225,000 foods updated on a daily basis. Food entry has never been so easy: the app searches through the database as you type, remembers your favorites, operates in different servings, and even has a built‐in barcode scanner to get nutritional value information.

The Exercise diary has over 500 activities and exercises, and calculates the energy costs of each based on MET. You can also add custom exercises and input your exercise calories.
