Our client wanted to modernize an outdated .NET-based website and transform it into a fast, scalable platform using PHP and the Symfony framework. The goal was to connect customers with local balloon service providers in Australia, assigning each order to the right partner based on the customer’s suburb. Whether it’s balloon gifts, bouquets, or large decorative arches, the system ensures that users see only relevant local partners who can fulfill their request.

The platform offers a complete online ordering experience. Users can create accounts, set event reminders (e.g., for birthdays or anniversaries), choose from balloon gifts or event decorations, customize balloon colors, and complete purchases through a streamlined checkout process.

For the administrative side, we built a robust admin panel with tools for managing products, processing payments, generating reports, and integrating with MailChimp for email marketing. Partners have their own interface to process incoming orders and manage their offerings.
