Family Medical Manager — The definitive medical record iOS app

The application includes a number of interfaces for input of all personal medical data (medical tests, diagnoses, prescriptions, medication schedules, etc). The app stores all the data locally, creates a backup and optionally protects the data through password.

• Health Records: Store and manage indepth records on yourself and all family members
• Calendar: Keep track of upcoming appointments for all family members
• Reminders: Alerts for calendar appointments and medication schedules
• Documents & Photos: Store medical documents and photos (insurance cards, policy info, bills)
• Medications: Track all family member’s medications, dosages, and schedules
• ICE (In Case of Emergency) Contacts: Compile list of emergency contacts
• Physicians: Manage a full contact list of all family members’ medical professionals team
• Allergies: Quickly access to a complete listing of all family allergies
• Insurance: Store policy, provider, and co-pay information for the family
• Expense Tracking: Track medical expenses, view weekly, monthly, and annual spending by family members

The customer represents the private emergency medical company, this application is supposed to be of supplementary service for their customers (patients).
