Apex Realty — Website for Real Estate Investment

Apex Realty is a website where users can compare different real estate investments based on several options. The intuitive navigation is achieved by means of “Triangle & Indicator” feature. How it works? A user chooses a city and an area (one, a few, or all of the suggested), the Downpayment, and Units from the drop-down list. The Indicator moves up and down on the four-colored Triangle depending on ROI in percent: from dark green to orange — the gradation goes down from the best investment options to the least profitable. Users can also analyze Cash Flow and make an Inquiry on a chosen option. The data comes to the website from the Google spreadsheets where it is updated manually by the client himself.

Our main tasks were to create the back-end part to store the APEX-MLS data what could provide transfer of the Google spreadsheet data to the Admin dashboard, to integrate Stripe and subscriptions, add the Newsletter. We also needed to implement the interaction with the agents so that when an agent receives an inquiry email and fills out a form (available/non-available), a user automatically receives a relevant notification.
