FindaTopDoc — Online Service to Find Best Doctors
Find a Top Doc is a service that helps to fast and easily find and book doctor appointments in a user’s city, and also provides valuable health and medical information.
The service is presented as a website where among other matters thousands of reviews on doctors from different review sites are picked. Also it has an iOS app that lets gather reviews from patients with iPads right at doctors’ offices. The app saves the review to the database, then the system publishes it to the Doctor’s Profile on the website.
The biggest task for the Sibers team was to rewrite the website from scratch with Symfony framework. Also we implemented a tool to scrape reviews from eight other websites and a widget to show doctors’ locations on the map.
