You’re On! — A powerful mobile platform for behavior change

This iPhone application is a great motivator to help users accomplish goals that they have wanted to do for a while, but lacked the motivation to do so. It allows users to have a friendly competition with friends and family and encourage each other to change chronic bad behaviors for good.

Using this app is quite easy and natural:
After registration you can log in with your Facebook account. Then you get your friends from Facebook and your iPhone Contacts to join and compete in challenges. When completing challenges you earn points and those with the most points climb to the top of the leaderboard amongst your friends. You can comment on challenges and submit pictures to prove that you have completed a challenge. Also you can practice a “vital behavior” that is a type of personal challenge for yourself with a daily recurrence.
