Being the quickest way to find and book the best flight, train, taxi and hotel — covering all needs for a particular business trip, it also serves as a control center for managing all the travel within a company.

The first steps to take are dividing employees into groups (e.g. executives and general staff) and customizing travel policy for each group: setting default cabin classes, the number of days bookings should be made in advance, maximum hotel stars allowed, budget limit, etc. Ones set, the rules automatically limit travel options and, thus, allow to control spend. In case an employee wants to choose an option beyond the set limit, an approval request will be sent to the administrator.

Besides spend, the app allows to control risks: it predicts delays from integrations with air traffic control, rail providers, traffic GPS solutions and automates the onward impacted elements of a journey.

Travel spend and expenses statistics is tracked by individual, department and overall and is automatically turned into downloadable reports.
