SalesFlow — Presentation Platform for Pharmaceutical & Medical Companies

Designed for pharmaceutical and medical companies, the solution makes it easy to centrally manage presentation content for their sales teams. This presentation platform consists of a custom web-based CMS and a mobile application that together allow to upload, manage, distribute and present promotional content. The sales force, equipped with iPad or Windows tablets, get access to the latest content and present it to physicians via the mobile app.

The workflow of the platform is as follows:

1. Upload
   On the first step a company’s employee, e.g. a marketing manager, uploads promotional content to the web-based CMS. It could include images, video, audio and HTML5 files.
2. Configure
   Then the employee configures a presentation: 1) changes the order of slides if needed; 2) marks which of the slides must be shown and which could be passed when being presented; 3) chooses transition types between slides.
3. Set Up & Publish
   The ready-made presentation is 1) date stamped, which means it will automatically expire on a chosen date and sales managers will always use up-to-date versions of promotional materials, 2) assigned to a group of sales managers or an individual manager, 3) published.
4. Present
   After the moment of publication the presentation becomes available for sales force: they can watch, download it to the mobile app and show to physicians.
   The content, uploaded to the CMS, is synchronized with tablets and is stored locally on mobile devices. Thus, the solution allows the sales force to make presentations even without Internet connection.

Sales force’ activities could be analyzed. The mobile app tracks all aspects of presentations including slide count and duration, and transmits the data to the CMS. Detailed reports for groups and individual users can be conducted via the web interface, downloaded, and analyzed, which allows to adapt sales strategies if needed.
