Hotel in-room targeted advertising — Marketing tool for promoting in-hotel services

This SaaS solution analyses hotel guests’ demographics and behavior, and delivers targeted advertisements right in their rooms via LCD displays.

Integrated with a hotel’s system via API, it receives information on what rooms are taken, how many people live there, including information on their gender and age, the number of kinds, and the list of their in-hotel purchases.

Advertisements are selected and scheduled automatically, depending on the guest’s characteristics. For example, if the guest stays with a child, a cake shop will be advertised. Besides, the system adapts to the guest’s behavior on a real-time basis: for instance, a 15% discount for a SPA-service may be offered, if he has spent more than 10 euro in the hotel bar the night before.

The system also allows to conduct A/B testing, and analyze what’s popular among guests by demographics, nationality, etc. It can be used for internal communications as well, delivering info on some name, number or address a guest asks about, calling to the reception desk.
