Hire Ground — SaaS-platform Focused on Diversity&Inclusion
Hire Ground’s smart SaaS-platform, e-resources, and professional services connect diverse suppliers with enterprise buyers. This buyer-supplier platform focuses on Diversity&Inclusion (D&I) in mind. Within the HireGround, both Buyers and Suppliers can provide their D&I affiliation in the public profile, so another party can see right from the beginning if they are talking with:
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
- Historically Underutilized Business (HUB)
- LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE)
- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
- Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), etc.
The idea is that the customers of the website can upload formal certifications issued by the corresponding organization to receive the “verified” status.
Our team developed the backend part of online e-commerce marketplace. The main tool was Microsoft Azure including Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus and Azure Active Directory.

Well, I am satisfied with their performance. If Edil has any questions, he usually contacts me and our frontend developer Shon. He suggest some solutions for particular issues and he can even work late hours when it’s needed. So I appreciate his input very much. Vadim is also taking part in our discussions, but I don’t work with him so much. Overall, I enjoy working with them and I don’t have any complaints.
