The solution offers industry stakeholders two convenient tools, aimed to help make informed development & investment decisions:
- An interactive mapping system, allowing to filter data, available on a site, project and/or suburb by different parameters and review it visualized on the map in a beautifully simple way.
- Customizable and downloadable PDF-reports, where site and geographic specific information is gathered, including all the data could be needed to buy, sell and develop residential property intelligently.
For gathering data the system uses several custom xlsx parsers and APIs, including Google Maps.
The platform provides information on development pipelines, pricing, planning, demographics and amenities, and is used by a wide variety of professionals: developers, agents, architects, town planners, financiers, investors and university students.
