Croo.tv — Scheduling Solution for Script-based Projects

Croo.tv (or CROO) is an advanced scheduling solution designed to streamline the workflow for script-based projects such as commercials, TV shows, and movies. It caters specifically to the needs of commercial producers and assistant directors. As a cloud-based web application, CROO is accessible from any device without the need for downloads. Its excellence in the field has earned it widespread popularity among professionals; notably, it was used to schedule several TV advertisements for the Super Bowl 2021, including the Cadillac commercial featuring Winona Ryder and Timothée Chalamet.

Croo.tv offers a thirty-day free trial with limited functionality, after which users can opt for a monthly or yearly subscription to access a comprehensive feature set. Schedules created during the trial display an app watermark. Subscribers benefit from the ability to run three simultaneous sessions across different devices.

Users of Croo.tv can create and import storyboards, break down scripts into manageable parts, and compile detailed shot lists that include text strips, scene and shot numbers, locations, descriptions, cast members, requirements, and more. Additionally, users can edit images uploaded into the library—flipping, rotating, cropping, and adjusting brightness and contrast as needed. Completed schedules can be exported as PDFs or printed.

We also developed an admin panel for our client to manage content on static pages, including help pages, pop-up instructions, sample projects, and print templates. The admin panel also allows for the customization of scheduled and automated emails received by users throughout their trial or subscription period.
