Bridgespan Leadership Diagnostic — Tool for Diagnostics of Companies' Management Indicators
The Bridgespan Group is a global nonprofit consulting agency. It needed a tool for self-service diagnostics of their clients’ management indicators. This idea was implemented in dynamic questionnaires of two forms: for the leader and for his subordinates.
The tool collects data from all respondents. After comparing it with the existing relevant data from other companies, the tool creates a statistical report that includes tips for improving the leader’s performance.
During the project we used mostly the .NET technology. As soon as we finished the development phase, we embedded the tool into the client’s site made on Kentico.

We couldn't be more happy with our engagement with Sibers. We needed to convert an old online survey tool from a proprietary platform to .Net and hired Sibers for the work. Their team was responsive, flexible, highly skilled, and extremely organized. They worked extremely well with our in-house development team, learned quickly how to integrate their work with our content management system, and provided clear, consistent reporting on progress. They were also extremely efficient, which allowed us to get more done within our budget than we originally anticipated. We'll definitely be working with them again.
