AI-Driven System for Generating Strategic and Product Documentation

We built a SaaS platform that automates the creation of business and product documentation using AI. Instead of manually preparing strategy materials or writing long-form reports, users complete structured questionnaires, and the system assembles polished outputs — from business model canvases and vision statements to functional specifications and marketing plans.

To reduce prompting complexity for users, the platform applies internal prompt-engineering logic that converts collected inputs into structured, model-ready instructions. It also reuses information from previously generated documents, minimizing redundant user input.

The architecture supports multiple AI providers, allowing administrators to choose between OpenAI and Gemini for generating specific document types. Sibers team delivered the full MVP along with later improvements, supporting the client’s ongoing experimentation with prompts and the refinement of generated outputs.

As a result, our client received a flexible, extensible tool that streamlines document creation for consultants and teams, significantly reducing the time and effort required to produce structured business analysis.
