SHRED is a stylish and straightforward iOS application with server-side for personal trainings from a professional US trainer.

It contains detailed workouts with various intensity and equipment, muscle/cardio shreds and bodyweight exercises for upper, lower parts or full body. Select your own set of activities, watch how-to videos and train in step with well-ordered rounds and circuits of the workout, check the summary training progress and chat with a personal trainer.

The app is based on a subscriptions model and includes a referral system.
