Colorado Timberline — Full-featured ERP for printing business

This is an end-to-end ERP solution for Colorado Timberline, a leading American printing on garment service, possessing hundreds of affiliated print shops across the country.

On the first stage, Sibers has developed an online image editor, allowing users to create their own garment design right on the company’s website. The app allows, in particular, to upload files, use pictures from the clipart, choose among numerous fonts, colors and add text.

The app is also suitable for creating ‘variable’ garment: a user could point out the location and size of the font for placing names and numbers, and the system will automatically generate versions, for, let’s say, a whole soccer team.

After the order placing challenge was met, Sibers was asked to help in coping with highly increased number of orders. For that purpose we have built what might be called full-featured web-to-print system, or in other words, printing industry-specific ERP-system. The developed system consists of an order processing module (processing, passing orders to the POS-system, order status tracking), inventory management module, shipping and financial subsystems.
